This Privacy Policy explains how Pagotariomx S.C. ("Pagotariomx", "we", "our") collects, uses and protects the personal information of visitors and program participants who interact with pagotariomx.com. We follow the principles of the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form (name, email address and message content), as well as technical information generated during your visit (IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and referral source) only when you have granted the corresponding consent through our cookie banner.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to reply to your enquiries, provide orientation about our educational programs, send optional updates about new materials (only if you subscribe), improve the site and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use automated decisions with legal effects on you.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data based on the consent you provide when submitting the contact form or interacting with our cookie preferences, and on our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and quality of the platform.

5. Third parties

We may rely on specialised service providers for hosting, email delivery and measurement. These providers act as data processors, only follow our instructions and are contractually bound to protect your information. In particular, we use Google services subject to Consent Mode v2, which means that measurement and advertising storage remain denied until you actively grant consent.

6. International transfers

Some providers may store information in data centers located outside Mexico. In those cases we require adequate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and technical security measures aligned with recognised international frameworks.

7. Retention

We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. After these periods we anonymise or securely delete the information.

8. Your ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent or limit specific uses of your data, by writing to privacidad@pagotariomx.com. We will reply within the timeframes established by Mexican law.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical measures aligned with recognised standards to protect your information from loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online system is completely infallible, but we continuously review our controls.

10. Minors

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date at the top.
